I am a PR and working here in Canada.
My parents are trying to apply for a visitor visa. They got this question while checking their eligibility:
"Do you have a family member who is a Canadian citizen or permanent resident and is 18 years or older?"
Am i considered a Family Member (I am their son
)? Or is it just his spouse (my mother) considered a Family Member? If they select no then they just get the option to be eligible for Visitor Visa. If they select Yes they seem to be eligible for Visitor Visa, Super Visa, and Family Sponsorship, which should be the case.
Please let me know what is correct. Thanks for your help.
