Hello Dear,
Thanks for your expedite reply,
if the LVO did not rejected my case till now then why LVO sent me an e-mail (dated 19 May 2016) like the above one with full explanation and and with references. If LVO was just concerned about my improved IELTS then LVO should just say that you have low IELTS band score over all or any specific module module. so just improved it and send us in 90 days . Any body can reply Please ?
for information:
I have submitted my improved IELTS dated 21st june 2016 as overall 6 band (R:5 L:5.5 W:6 S:6.5). is it OK now for my NOC 6221. if yes then plz here i have few questions:

1- can i expect that my other documents are ok, as they are just requiring my improved ielts.
2- where should i had to send my improved IELTS result ( either to the same e-mail address of LVO from where i received this mail or any other).
3- 3rd how much time LOV can take to sent me Medical request.

Read my message above where I mention how to send response to LVO. If you read carefully the content of LVO letter, it clearly states your previous IELTS score and not the improved one. You will also need to send a covering letter along with your improved IELTS result with a detail response addressing all of their concerns. Remember it is your responsibility to satisfy visa officer. You should consult a qualified consultant how to response them if you are not sure. Do not take it lightly as you wont get any chance further after this. LOV may not send you medical request until they are not satisfied with their concerns.

For all those who are concern about IELTS rejection.

See below federal court decision link of the cases which were rejected by Visa officer on the basis of low IELTS. Even their appeals were turned down as well in most of the cases. Coincidentally they all were rejected by LVO and were nominated mainly by SINP.

As your visa office is NDVO so it may not necessary in your case but if you visa office is LONDON - UK. Then it is highly likely you will get Procedural Fairness Letter regarding low IELTS score against your NOC skills. Unfortunately applications for majority of Pakistani applicants are being dealt in LVO so they are at risk if their IELTS score isn't good enough.

However, Please do update us regarding any concerns should you receive from NDVO on your ILETS score.

celpip 5=clb 5 and NOC B jobs requirement is CLB 5.

just for cic help i created my account on this web site and shocked to see thta my ielts score is low as others overall 5.5 and my visa office is new delhi.

what is ur opinion seniors to get rejecting my application from new delhi office. i am not much reach to spend more money into re take ielts.

i have taken bank loan to process for canada immigration and shocked to see this news even after nomination visa office rejecting applications.

need your valuable advice on my case and i am not from London visa office candidate, i am from new delhi office.

my noc is 2171

See your skills in reading, writing and oral here as per your NOC and compare these against your individual ILETS score in each relevant modules.

Wait and watch. If they will tell you about low IELTS (less chances), then you will think about re-take. They will give you 90 days to submit.

@Arsal this link is for you my friend you compare your IELTS scores with that link and go home and start preparing IELTS again this is perfectly applies to you only because you belongs to London visa office not me.

Why some peoples intentionally showing wrong route to the innocent peoples, I am sorry i am rude on you but evaluate carefully man as i already told you in this forum that i belongs to new delhi visa office not like you london visa office.

After my careful research (as a matured man) i evaluate only London Visa office is rejecting the peoples like you due to low ielts scores for PR application not any other visa offices in the world.

The people who says or encourage the peoples to re-take the ielts at minimum to get 6 in all module (for PNP paper based) are foolish in my views because you see technically or practically after successfully getting nomination we all got nominated from the respective province only after fulfilling respective eligibility criteria on their own set of point system for example SINP when you see paper based application eligibility criteria most of the PNP criteria asking low ielts scores and even no ECA.

When you see FSWP or EE you must have ielts 6 in each module with compulsory ECA otherwise you are not able to create the online profile and you can simply say you are not eligible to apply.

But why the peoples like arsal and any others too enlightening wrong route and mentally torturing the innocent peoples in this most prestigious forum. If they are not eligible or getting fairness letter from LVO then it doesn't mean all visa offices are performing the same policies if yes then (please show here where it is written and where is the Global canadian immigration policy on PNP paper based application after getting nomination must have to fulfill 6 band or higher in ielts to get the Permanent residence visa).

Wake up guys untill and unless you have no perfect knowledge don't suggest the peoples with wrong informations.

I am sorry again for my rudeness but on my stand i am perfectly correct after my careful study on immigration rules and policies of Canada.

Sorry mate, I didn't realise that you got hurt because of the link I provided you for your NOC. But this is what it is, this thread was opened due to one of the person who was at a risk of rejection due to his low IELTS score from LVO. If you see my previous messages I clearly said it is mainly from LVO and am not sure about your NDVO and the links I mentioned are Canadian govt websites and not my own created.

Getting SINP nomination doesn't guaranteed that you will get PR visa. You should also read the caveat mentioned on your SINP nomination certificate that CIC has the final authority for assessing admissibility to Canada and issuing immigration visas. Remember it doesn't matter that you got nomination with flying colours or low colours, it is up to CIC who to decide who they want to grant a visa.

CIC evaluates IELTS score for paper based (non EE) applications on the basis of NOC skill and SINP evaluates language skills only generically and as low as CLB4. The letter as mentioned in the very first message of this thread from visa officer clearly states this.

I am sorry arsal this is not specifically to you man this is for everyone who have lack of knowledge and information and standing front for helping/guiding the innocent peoples at this lovely juncture of (canadavisa forum). I am rude because i have done my keen extremely keen study on Canada, Australia & New Zealand Immigration system and recently got my SINP nomination with flying colours. unfortunately got low scores in ielts that's why asked the query to evaluate the guidance.

This is good you are highly qualified, so you should be polite. This is the sign of education & knowledge. Note- Arsal didn't say you anything rude directly, and I believe - he will never do this.
