Thanks for your reply
is it ok to send file again by uploading on link you sent me buddy. might it confirm that we have sent the reply on correct email address. As this is the same address from where i have received email i have mentioned early. email address i have sent my improved ielts is as: LDNIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca. if its ok then i have sent it correctly otherwise not.

Plz any body can guide me that my IELTS score is sufficient for NOC 6221 i.e overall 6 band (R:5 L:5.5 W:6 S:6.5)

As per your revised IELTS score. I think you should be fine. Also I suggest you to send the copy of your revised IELTS score via courier and keep a tracking number for your record. This is to avoid any negative implications on your application in future, as you are currently on the verge of rejection so don't take risk of just sending email to LVO.

I would also suggest you to inform your province about your improved IELTS result. Otherwise Province may withdraw their nomination if they are not aware of your improved IELTS results.

See link here for your NOC 2281. You can check each skills like reading, writing and oral communication. They mentioned it in a scale 1-5. with 1 basic, 2 modest, 3 intermediate, 4 competent and 5 advance.

Based on your NOC;
Reading skills are leading to level 4 which is in the range of advance and you only have 4.5 band in IELTS which is considered as Basic to modest.
Writing skills are also also going up to level 4 and you scored 5.5 which marginally seems to be OK.
Oral skills require level up to 3 and you scored 6 and 5.5 in speaking and listening so you are fine here.

This website is basically a benchmark for Visa Officer to check your language skills against your NOC skills requirements.

If you see Naeem's Procedural Fairness Letter which he received from LVO. LVO replicated the same skills as per his NOC from this website and compared them against his IELTS score he submitted earlier.

Didn't you get 4.5 in your Reading? which is considered as Basic as per visa officer (as stated in Badil's Procedural letter as he also got 4.5 in reading and Visa officer assessed that as a basic level). And if you see your reading skills in that link which I provided before, the complexity level for reading skill is from level 1 to level 4. So you have to have at least 6 band in Reading skills to carry out all of your reading duties for your NOC level.

Thanks 4011 doesn't seem to be a lecturer NOC. Apparently there is some glitch on their website regarding some NOC detail not available, but hopefully it will be rectified by jobbank website soon. As these details were there before.

Means my doors have closed now. My NOC is 2282, and IELTS Score is overall 5, L-5.5, R-4.5, W-5.5, S-4.5. Will I have to retake IELTS?

As your visa office is NDVO so it may not necessary in your case but if you visa office is LONDON - UK. Then it is highly likely you will get Procedural Fairness Letter regarding low IELTS score against your NOC skills. Unfortunately applications for majority of Pakistani applicants are being dealt in LVO so they are at risk if their IELTS score isn't good enough.

I can bet LVO is worsen than NDVO. They are dealing with number of countries and therefore their processing time is too slow. They might have improved now, but back in 2013-15 their processing time was 29 months once they received your PR application.

Sorry @the super king, I should have said to contact Saskatchewan as soon as possible, not Manitoba, I assumed that as LVO quoted Manitoba in their email that you must be a Manitoba nominee. We were told that any issues at all we should contact our province as they would help us as best they could.

Also, if your reply has come from LVO, then your visa office is London, not NDVO. Are you currently residing in the UK?

if the LVO did not rejected my case till now then why LVO sent me an e-mail (dated 19 May 2016) like the above one with full explanation and and with references. If LVO was just concerned about my improved IELTS then LVO should just say that you have low IELTS band score over all or any specific module module. so just improved it and send us in 90 days . Any body can reply Please ?
for information:
I have submitted my improved IELTS dated 21st june 2016 as overall 6 band (R:5 L:5.5 W:6 S:6.5). is it OK now for my NOC 6221. if yes then plz here i have few questions:

1- can i expect that my other documents are ok, as they are just requiring my improved ielts.
2- where should i had to send my improved IELTS result ( either to the same e-mail address of LVO from where i received this mail or any other).
3- 3rd how much time LOV can take to sent me Medical request.
