Realistically there's at least a week of reading and discussing it as a genuine option.

Then there's booking a lawyer chat or booking tests. At least a week for a test date and then 2 weeks for the results. Then there's WES which can take 2 weeks - 1 month.

Come on guys, end of Jan we may see a swell, but a lot of people might have given up by then! They've always had the option of moving next door and I imagine a lot of people have looked at it before now and decided it was too hard.
