Immigration Photos

Hi! I am sponsoring my husband to come to Canada. One of the requirements is the immigration photos. It says that they need 8 photos. Are these 8 different types of photos or just 8 copies of one photo?

All one type of photo. They are visa sized photos for immigration to Canada, the specifics and measurement to he photos is in the guide package. Print it out and give it to the photographer

...just look for appendix b form to cic website. that form stated the actual photo size and measurement needed. just print it and show to the photographer. by the way, haven't you received any email attachement regarding this form when cic asked you to submit passport pics?

I just sent my application and you require 8 pictures for the application Read your checklist it is stated there for your country. You also require pictures for the medical for Cuba it was 5. The information for your country is in your check list

The photo requirement is specified in the country specific guide. Therefore, I am sure it is different depending on which country the person is from. I am in the USA and my guide asks for 4.

I haven't sent our application and we're applying inland and on the checklist 2 photos are only required.

Every place specifies a different number of photos, whether it is e inland office or different embassies abroad. The number won't be the same.
