For questions 8 & 12 What do I fill in for the dates "to Y/M" if it's up to date?

Just put up until the current month. If you plan on applying this month put 2014/10. If you know you will not have everything ready until November then put 2014/11.

Thanks for your reply guys. So the current month as in the last month before sending the applications?

Also another question somewhat regarding this...
(I'm filling this up for my wife)
If she was unemployed during that time, I send the applications, THEN she finds a job, do i still have to inform them about her new job even though I have already sent the applications and they're in process? Or is it ok for her to just work?
