How should i answer this question?

On IMM5533 question 4 i checked box #3 "I am currently living in Canada, and I am applying under the family class" This means I am applying OUTLAND from inside Canada.

Since i am only visiting for 6 months and living at my husbands parents until he takes possession of his new house, do we answer "yes" or "no" to the question on IMM5532 "are you living together now?"

We do not have any joint utility bills or anything, we only have a joint bank account.

On IMM0008 under contact information, i provided his parents address for both "current mailing" and "residential address" . If i answer no to "are you living together now?" on IMM5532, will this contradict my current mailing address?

I'm not sure about the main question but just wanted to quickly remind you that if you use partner's parent's address for your current and residential address... and your partner also uses that same address in his forms, then be sure to include the IMM5476 form Use of a representative form (If you two are not cohabiting but still use the same address on the forms), theyv been returning applications that dont have this form in cases where you use sponsor's address in IMM0008. Here's what a person recently wrote on the forum.

_____
I got my application returned with
"A correction to the mailing address specified on the Generic Application Form for Canada (IMM0008) to reflect the mailing address of the Principal Applicant; or, if the Principal Applicant wishes to have correspondence mailed to the address specified, a completed and signed Use of a Representative form (IMM 5476) is required for the authorization of release of documents and information to the individual residing at this address"

I didn't think i needed to add this form if both her mailing address and residential address are the same?

You don't need to include that form if you have written the correct address for you. If the sponsor and PA have the same address, the form is not needed. If the sponsor and PA have different addresses, and you put the sponsor's address in, the form is needed.

I am the PA. I have both my mailing/residential address entered the exact same as my sponsors address. This being this case, i shouldn't need to submit for IMM5476. Correct?

If you have solely entered your address (PA) for mailing and residential, then there is no need to include a use of representative form, because CIC can communicate with you, and do not need to go through a representative.

Your post makes no sense.

The Use of Representative form is only needed if the Principal Applicant lists different mailing and residential addresses. This indicates to IRCC that a person wants any mail to be sent someone else's address and therefore permission is needed for that someone else to accept the mail.

Thank you for clarifying that. The post made no sense to me either

I have selected Canada as my current country of residence, and selected to apply outland from inside Canada. So it would make most sense to select "yes" for the question "are you living together now?" Correct?

I have also used the exact same Canadian address my husband used as my current mailing/residential address
