Hi Friends,

Q1 : Just one question, I am sponsoring my wife and was going through the section in which she had to mention all the accompanying and non accompanying family members.
No one is accompanying, does she still needs to provide all the info?

Q2: Does each non accompanying family member needs to go through the medical exam?

Q3: Does each non accompanying family member needs to fill the travel form?

TIA

You’d want to list non-accompanying (in case she’d like to sponsor them at a later time). If she doesn’t list them, she will not be able to sponsor them at a later date.

No they don’t need to go through a medical exam. Unless at a later date they want to be sponsored by your wife/or your wife wants to sponsor them. Then they will require a medical exam.

And no they are not required to fill the travel form.

1. Assuming she has no children, then she has no accompanying family members.
2. Her relatives (parents/siblings) would only be listed on the IMM 5406 and none of these require a medical.
