Hi,

I have a few questions and have been trouble figuring out how to answer questions from application IMM 5669, specific questions are: 6d, 6e, 8, and 12.

I am sponsoring my spouse who lives in India and she is in the process of filling out IMM 5669.
She had applied for a US tourist visa about 5 years ago, but she was rejected the tourist visa.

So, we are confused on how to answer the questions below.

Question #6d) Have you, or, if you are the principal applicant, and of your family members listed in your application for permanent residence in Canada, ever: been refused refugee status, an immigrant or permanent resident visa or visitor or temporary resident visa, to Canada or any other country? Yes or No

6e) Have you, or, if you are the principal applicant, and of your family members listed in your application for permanent residence in Canada, ever: been refused admission to, or ordered to leave, Canada or any other country? Yes or No

And, in question # 7 there is a table in application IMM 5669 it specifically states to list education, “starting with the most recent information”. However, questions # 8 and 12 also have tables to list the information about Personal History for question # 8, and list of address for questions # 12, but these questions do NOT specially state whether to list “starting with the most recent information” like it states for question # 7.

Can somebody please advise whether we should start with listing most recent information for tables in questions 8 and 12 as well?

Thank you very much.

You're overthinking this!

Just be truthful about the answer to all questions. Create a separate sheet to explain the answer, if needed, and move on to the next form.

Honestly...it's not that difficult.

Be truthfully to your application and provide all objective evidence and explanation letter avoids rejection better than slight delay in process with more information

I did not select YES.. Because i had no visa refusal to any country. But last year, i got a study visa to Netherlands, but i did not travel. Anyone, can have any visa in their passport...

So don’t worry answer no and carry on , you can have n number of country visa doesn’t matter until unless you stayed more than 6 months then you need police clearances from those countries
