You will not get it in Canada. No bank is going to hire you with a job offer and approved LMIA proving no Canadian can do the job. The Canadian banking industry is very small and competing with people with Canadian experience and education. Do you work for a Canadian bank in your country? Do you have your Canadian securities license?

Being realistic because the banking industry is controlled by 5 banks, so the market is small. Banks don’t support PNP nominations nor LMIAs. Do you have a MBA in Finance? Experience in international banking? So look at Express Entry and see if eligible and if your score is over 500. Focus on immigration programs and not a job offer in a bank.
