one of my friend is living illegal in canada . she came as a student in 2011 .she dropped her studies and never got work permit . can she regain her status anyhow???
Very unlikely, but she might be able to apply for H&C. Keep in mind any contact with IRCC will likely start deportation proceedings. Her best bet would to be to consult a very good immigration lawyer before she does anything.
