I certainly wouldn’t, unless there was a severe complication as a result, and even then, it would depend on the complication. Covid on its own is not enough to flag that question for me.

I thought it was more for chronic, serious conditions, or things like cancer or TB or something.

Don't think covid is part of the meaning of that question.

However, I'd certainly mention it to the doctor who does the required upcoming medical exam.

If you have long covid you should but if you have recovered just mention it during your medical.
