On the form ADDITIONAL FAMILY INFORMATION there is a line:
"I certify that I do not have a spouse or a common-law partner, ex-spouse, or former common-law partner."
Well, if my marriage was annulled, then do I have an ex-spouse or not?

Most people think that annulment is same as divorce. Annulment of marriage can be on account of many grounds. Annulment is different from Divorce. With divorce the partner is ex, in some of the grounds of annulment, it is dissolution of marriage but no ex- spouse.
In case of bigamous, forced, fraud , prohibited relationship marriage it is annulment and the other person is not ex spouse, cause the marriage is no marriage in the eyes of law from day one.
Adultry , cruelty, desertion etc are some of the grounds of divorce .
