What about this NOC? Am able to fit here without taking the test again?

My daughter is sick so she a handful these few days, the test is saturday and I still haven't had time ti practice

Could I send the application with this results explaining the situation and saying I'll send new test results with T4 in january?

I believe with careful & confident preparation before and during exam, you should be able to boost your 5.5s to at least 6. CEC will be integrated into EE starting this January, and there are many unknowns associated to that. Most of the seniors here would have advised you to take CEC as soon as possible.

Your english score is one of the basic requirement to be considered in CEC. If you don't meet that bar, your application will be returned immediately, regardless of any reasons/excuses you provide them. These Visa Officers are just following their protocols...

Did the first part of the test this morning, way better than last time. Tomorrow afternoon is speaking test. Results in 10 days. I have the feeling it'll be ok this time! we'll see

Reading: 5.5
Writing: 6.5
Speaking: 7.0
Overall: 6.5

What to do? Reading 5.5 again!!!
