IELTS Score Eligibility for Canadian Experience Class for Skill Level A

I got the IELTS score as follows , am I eligible to apply to Canadian Experience class with skill level A , my NOC = 2173?

overal: 6
Listening: 5.5
Reading: 5.5
Speaking: 7.5
Writing: 5.5

Please advise.

Nope, you have to a minimum of 6 in each

Based on your score you are eligible to apply for CEC with in Dec 31st, If your are planning to submit on or after Jan 2 , 2013, then your score may not match.
