I have IELTS score below.

Listening: 7.0
Reading: 7.0
Writing: 5.5
Speaking: 6.0

Is this score eligible for skill level A under Canadian Experience Class now per new rules ?

Sorry, as per new rule this score is not enough ... you need to score minimum 6 in all 4 category ...
