Probably they are uploading state by state result..

mine is delhi,,the result came out around 11 am

all of india result shud be uploaded by 12 max...

I am not getting this right... Why are you sorry for my Loss? With 6.5 W is there ZERO chance of selection?
Secondly, If one gives IELTS multiple times can one upload the best scores of EACH ATTEMPT in the EE profile?? ( Is that allowed??) for each of LWRS? Or is it compulsory to score all the scores in ONE ATTEMPT?
Kindly clarify ...

Sorry dont get me wrong..U r eligible with even 6 band in all modules.
But the chances of getting Canadian PR is better if u score 7778 (SRWL) as u get additional 50 points.
U need to score in one attempt, cant take scores of individual exams.

True!! Thanks to all, for your well wishes. I'm throwing a party tonight!! My CRS will be 408 (as anticipated), but I'm applying for Australia anyway. This was my first attempt, and I don't have to write again!! Hurray!!!!

Definitely. Australia required 60 points, and due to my present IELTS, I've now scored 70. I'm thrilled.
