Just read this today's news though. They say that they are giving priority to CEC and still these clauses hits out (1 year job offer after pr).
Really don't understand what ircc is inferring. :(
IRCC is referring to the priority processing of submitted CEC applications.

It’s great that you’re still above cut off. *whew*

I guess you don’t need those points in the first place. :)
No i didn't (483 points) but I was confused as to declare or not my new job offer. I thought it might be misrepresentation if I didnt say that I had a job offer. At the end of the day, the agent didnt even count those 50 points.

So yes, I guess to have points for valid job offer, you must have that specific mention that you will still have your job, 1 year after your PR. But honestly whom employer would be ready to write that....

hi do we need a LMIA to claim job offer points when working on a ICT CLOSED work permit ?

what doc do we need to claim job offer points
No - you don't need an LMIA. However you do need to work in Canada for your employer for at least a year and you must also obtain a letter from your employer stating that they will continue to employ you for at least 1 year after you become a PR.

Thanks

what about it the dependent is on open work permit
Would the dependent require a LMIA or just the same letter from the employer would suffice
