I REALLY NEED HELP WITH MY STUDY PERMIT

Nazia,,they didn't gave work permit to students for PR,,they just gave for work experience after study,,,,

PR is different issue,,,,if you fall in any immigration category,,then you apply for PR,,,,,they Didn't issue work permit for PR....just for experience...

if you don't apply PR,then Canada didn't gave you PR with force....

We should not gain work experience on student visa. This is what visa officer wants to see in home tie issues. Complete studies and go back. But they have laws put into place that allow students gain work exp and later PR. Things are not that straight forward on their part. Things are more deeper and fishy.

Its not fishy at all, they just consider it well that even students working and settling afterwards may bring no issues for them that's all. We should learn it by now.

His case wasn't good, As we discussed so he was refused but no rejection stamp on his papers is it after 2nd attempt for permit ,,,

Well than why dont you guys do the following: in your student permit application include a sworn affidavit stating that after your studies you will not apply for a work permit or pr and will return straight back to your home country. But a little bird tells me none of you will have the conviction to do that because you are all economic migrants. This is the sad truth of the matter.

no no I'm grown up in open minded liberal environment at home I can crack all kinds of jokes. Visa is all luck from god
