Hi guys sorry i dont know where to post my question but i wanna ask about the difference between "FAMILY CLASS" AND "SPOUSAL SPONSORSHIP IN CANADA CLASS"
which one should i apply for? i read that in SPOUSE IN CANADA CLASS me and my canadian husband should live together in canada... we dont have any conjugal property or shared expenses yet in canada to proof the cohabitation since i just arrived here last August.
"To apply under the Spouse or Common-Law Partner in Canada Class, you must be living with your sponsor in Canada. See the Basic
Guide and Complete Guide for more information. If you are not living with your sponsor, you should apply under the Family Class.
I am married to my Canadian husband almost 4years now. . I am currently here in canada for the second time now (holding TRV 5YEAR MULTIPLE VISIT VISA). we have a 3 year old daughter she is canadian. and we plan to apply for PR while i am here in canada. please help!
IF i am applying for family class does it mean i am not elligible to apply for open work permit?
