Hi,
I have my permanent residence card and i want to sponsor my husband here and the proccesing time is around 2 years so i just wanted to know if i can go on a vacation while its being proccessed ?

Yes, you can! I did go on vacation to see my husband twice while his sponsorship application was on going.

As a PR, you must reside in Canada during the processing time. You can take vacations but you should have reliable people to check your mail and messages to let you know if immigration tries to get in touch and do not take a very long vacation. I would personally not risk more than say 3 weeks at a time.

It can happen and has happened to some people in the process that immigration finds out that they are not residing in Canada in which case they will send a letter and ask them to prove that they have been in residing in Canada for the past few months. If they can't, the application is cancelled.
 
You can apply for spouse sponsorship if you are PR. I did sponsor my wife and she is here and still I am PR.
