hello friends,

i have applied my visa file again for same intake i.e.sept. 2010 intake
first time when i applied under spp then my visa got rejected due to following grounds:
1. your previous qualifications, studies, employement , language abilities r not matched to ur further studies,
but i am an ece engineer and want to do wireless & n/w course, which is of my field,
now i have reapplied my case in normal and also attached sop and a letter to visa officer for my clarification,
i have also showed the funds of 21 lakh in liquid with loan of 10 lakh.
my parents and my elder brother r my sponsors, they all r govt. employees,
so now wht r my chances to get the visa?
plz tell me

Have you filed an appeal with CHC that the decision about your visa shd be reconsidered. I think u need to provide them SOP and other documents the problem with you application seems to be low IELTS score moreover Wireless networking is pretty infamous course. Can you lemme know what is your consultants opinion on this. Which consultant are you using

i have applied my case through wwics, nd they told me that the ielts band has no problem, because the band requirement of the college for this course is overall 6 with not less than 5 in any module, and i have fullfilled the band requirements.
plz tell me wht r my chances now, because i have reapplied my case on 21 june 2010,
in normal case.
my parents nd my brother r govt. employes, i don't have any problem regarding funds.

my rejection point is:
your proposed studies r not reasonable in light of one or more of : ur qualifications, previous studies, employment,level of establishment, other educational opportunities in india or canada, language abilities, or ur future prospects and plans,

i think , it is not a band problem,
because today i checked the site of gbc college and their requirement is overall 6 bands, which i already have.
now i have reapplied my case in general and attached sop with my file for justification of matching of my studies and experience and also write a letter to visa officer of justification/clarification of my rejection point and also for reconsideration of my file and told him that it is my humble request to u sir, i have given u the clarification of my rejection point, if after this u have any doubt regarding my file then plz give me a chance to speak via personal interview/ telephonic interview

so plz tell me friends, what r my chances now?

after reading ur blog and the blog of jeetmks whot got visa,
i can expect my personal interview for clarification from a visa officer

?
i think i have applied my case 2nd time and if visa officer has any doubt again regarding my file, then he will definitely call me for personal interview before giving me a approval or rejection

i highlighted all the points in my sop except requirement of ielts band of college, but it's true that requirement of college is overall 6 for my course
so is there any problem regarding this?

you must select the course according to your studies back ground otherwise you will receive your refusal latter again
course selection is must at your previous education
