I have 3 years of multiple Visa V1, My husband has work permit of 1 year

Hi,
I want to ask that I have 3 years multiple entry Visitor visa (V1), This Visa I got because My husband has work permit of one year, I reached 1 week before here.Will it be possible that I am eligible to get OHIP (Health Card)?
