Web form has standard response and even over the call, CC have no answers. Any other way to connect with IRCC?

You should apply for GCMS notes and see where your application is stuck. Mostly its a case of stuck in security screening.

That i have already done. In GCMS note , my knowledge test has already marked as done however on portal , its yet not updated.
