I also received a ADR for schedule A, which i submitted immediately on Dec 9, 2020.

To give a background i submitted all the docs with the application except 2. While submitting i didnt have enough funds and i couldn't procure Company 03 reference letter. Because of covid i was expecting some late $ payment and my former employer couldn't provide the reference letter because their offices were shut. I provided a letter of explanation while submitting the application with the same reason and mentioned that i will be submitting those (proof of funds and reference letter) documents in 2 months. Luckily, i secured both the docs and submitted in Jan 2021 and provided an explanation with that.
I am now really worried and stressed as i am realizing this after 6 months that application CRS score has reduced by 50 by the agent. Not sure the reason behind review required either. Also, noticed the case notes includes confirmation of receiving Proof of funds in Jan 2021 while it doesn't say anything about Reference letter, would that be the reason behind this?
If someone can give any insight or direction if something similar has happened before and how to resolve it that would be highly appreciated.
I can share more info needs be, to help understand better.

so from what i can see, the main eligilibity notes were created on jan 11. you say you submitted proof of funds and company 3 reference letter in january -- but was it before or after january 11?. it is very likely the officer reviewed your file before recieving those. not having proof of funds is enough to not meet eligiliblity (but i dont think that explains the loss of 50 points) -- and a single work exp i dont think would explain 50 points either, so im not sure.

I hope you still have a valid work permit or a bridge open work permit approved before you get the final decision on this and you should be able to re-apply asap if worst scenario comes back.

it could be an oversight yea, submit it again (make a note that you noticed its not taken into account).

Problem: I got points for 1 year of canada experience under CEC Category. I enter below as experience in the IRCC portal

Dec 2019 to April 2020	software developer at XXX canada Inc
July 2020 to feb 2021	software developer at XXX canada Inc

Mistake: I did not add temporary layoff (for almost 3 months) in my employement reference letter.
So IRCC portal consider it as 1 year experience of canada But I was under impression that PNP Category does not require 1 year of experience in Canada. So I submitted PR application without considering it.

Please help me to calculate Canada work hours to get 1 year of Canada work experience.

If I calcualte hours based on weeks its (64 weeks 2 days - 12 weeks 3 days )= 1560 (1 day is less, dont know how to get hours for one day here )
If I calculate based on working days for the whole period 305 -61 = 244 working days 244*6 hours = 1464 hours.
Please help me for calculating hours.
Sincce I got PNP nomination and met FSW eligibility. But I did not get 1 year of Canada experience by the time of submission. Does it cause rejection?

1st December 2019 to 19th April 2020	software developer at XXX canada Inc
20th April 2020 to 15th July 2020	temporary layoff due to covid19
16th July 2020 to 22nd feb	software developer at XXX canada Inc (same company)

I submitted PR on 22nd feb 2021.
I work 8 hours a day. I'm still continuing on same job.

When I got gcms notes, I came to know they want to review the employment dates. So i added a explanation letter along payslips and T4 forms. May be you can also add an explanation letter via webform if you have appropiate docs

Agent told me that is the only note he can see on the file. so I assume that is the reason for review required and my T4 has US address but canada employer name and reason for that is my company is US company and Head office is USA michigan where all paystubs runs so my T4 has same thing this could have created confusion what I feel.

so LOE on company letter head should work I guess. I will respond as I get GCMS to find true cause.

Agent told me that is the only note he can see on the file. so I assume that is the reason for review required and my T4 has US address but canada employer name and reason for that is my company is US company and Head office is USA michigan where all paystubs runs so my T4 has same thing this could have created confusion what I feel.

so LOE on company letter head should work I guess. I will respond as I get GCMS to find true cause.

If your company is/was registered in Canada, then it won't be a problem. The cause of the "review required" comment by the program assistant is the "USA address" on T4.

I hope your reference letter was on Canadian Letterhead. The reference letters usually contain the company website with locations, which can prove their existence in Canada.

we do not have Canada letter head as its just branch in Canada main office is USA Michigan so corporate office in Michigan provides all immigration related documents so letter head has US address too.

Company is registered in Canada, I have asked to put registration number in letter to prove existence in Canada too.

I am not sure if they can provide letter head for Canada specific as we follow everything USA corporate office. so I have asked to mentioned in the letter how our organizations operates.

Thanks, I am waiting for GCMS notes now, but I asked my employer to draft a letter with business registration number as well as explain how organization operate and reason for T4 having US address. I will submit that tomorrow.

as webform takes few days to get updated, my worry is they should not make decision and reduce my CEC points before asking explanation.

so I am proactively sending it asap. agent was super nice, he mentioned that is the only note he can see rest looks good. other day also when I called them one of the agent mentioned RR for CEC requirement that day I did not get what it means but as new agent spells out now it refers to the note they had.
