Thanks, I am waiting for GCMS notes now, but I asked my employer to draft a letter with business registration number as well as explain how organization operate and reason for T4 having US address. I will submit that tomorrow.

as webform takes few days to get updated, my worry is they should not make decision and reduce my CEC points before asking explanation.

so I am proactively sending it asap. agent was super nice, he mentioned that is the only note he can see rest looks good. other day also when I called them one of the agent mentioned RR for CEC requirement that day I did not get what it means but as new agent spells out now it refers to the note they had.

Review Required generally takes more than 3 months to get reviewed by another officer. So your webforms will be processed.

They still have old one floating around, I have seen people getting faster responses on the new one.

So, you should upload documents through both, just to be safe

Hello I got GCMS notes it says Review required for CEC min requiremenmt.

unable to verify offcicial website as company closed Canadian Operations on 31st OCT which is true my employment dates mentioned as Feb 2021 - Nov 2022 so agent put remark as inconsitencies.

I have provided T4 and Pay stubs, also After GCMS I sent a letter from employer mentioning that After closing I was supporting closing business activities of the business untill November 2022 which is my last date. Hope this clears there confusion regarding what I was doing if company closes operations in Octobber 31st 2022. so production stopped but as a engineer we need to support all closing activities of business before we lock in the facility which I did and sent new explanation letter via web-form.

per GCMS everything else is accessed only 35 points for CEC waiting for review.

My Wife PR application is on PNP PR application stream and she married me April.2022 and in her notes on April wrote the marital status changes review required(I am Canadian Citizen and no need to be involve her file) and upfront medical passed Yesterday ,how long we should wait for her PR from now?

Hey Guys, did anyone of you received any update regarding review required? My application was set to be reviewed by an officer on March 2023 and the status is still same, no progress. It is assigned to London ON IRCC office. I've raised multiple enquires but no good.

Update - My security and Criminality Passed Yesterday. Eligibility under Review required. last file was touched yesterday still they have not passed my Eligibility so not sure why?

how come security passed but eligibility still under Review Required?

any chance of refusals?

PVO- London, ON IRCC, SVO-Edmonton( earlier, Edmonton was PVO). My AOR is Feb 18,2023. Status of the application has not changed since March 23,2023.

Got it. see thats what I am seeing as a trend - Security wont start untill and unless Eligibility clears or passed. same status for me till yesteday and now Security passed but Eligibility still under RR status so not sure it has not been updated or it will update once they finalize my application and change it then from RR to passed.

Yes, I also read that Eligibility will be cleared first before security starts. What does the tracker says about your eligibility status?

it was not tracker, today I saw profile updated, medical passed status vanished so I called IRCC they said Security, medicals, criminality all passed Eligibility is RR thats what they see so not sure hows this possible.
