just put wht ever he done 12 grade or etc,,,ur going for marriage then collect lots of proof of ur relationship,,shoping recipt, pre and post wedding pictures, pictures of wedding invitation cards,,hall booking etc wht ever u can coz u have to proof them that ur marriage is real..because ur educational difference may put u in red flag

i will be attaching all the info for the wedding... before the wedding...

since its from pakistan and canada, he will be going through more education in these 2-3 years in between,
but will begin in the next few months, Thats my only worry if his amount of education will stop the sponsorship or anything...

Don't worry. It will happen eventually.

Please make sure you read the threads of this nice forum and also the guide to sponsor in the CIC's official website.

Since you are sponsoring him, it is important that you can show how you intent to support him. If you have a stable employment in Canada that surely will help.

While the immigration form for your husband (sponsored person) do ask his educational background, he will not be barred from coming to Canada just because he doesn't have a college education. There is no english test for sponsored applicants either.

Make sure to keep records of communication and pictures between you too.

Good Luck

is there anything i can do from now until then? To clear this situation up?

He is working, would a letter of employment be a good idea to attach?

thanks for the help, also where do i get all the forms from? i want to take it with me next month when i go to marry him, so we can sit and fill them out together,

if i call there call line.. will they mail it out?

can someone provide me with the links, with all the forms that he is to fill out, as well as me ?

Oh you don't need to attach any educational certificates with the application.

for pakistani applicant they have to attach original educational documents

You can attach his employment letter as a supporting document, but is not required. Your employment letter is required. Please go to cic.gc.ca and read the guide for sponsorship (please read the one for outland application, this is the guide if you are sponsoring someone from outside Canada). You will see a document checklist. That will be helpful.

What the visa officer is looking for are mainly three things:

1) Is the marriage genuine?
2) Whether you have the ability to support him when he is here
3) Whether any of you have any criminal past

The Guide will also tell you if there are extra requirements for Pakistani applicant.

The address again is: cic.gc.ca

i have all the necessary info, employment letter, education documents, i am financially stable to support him, neither one of us have a criminal record, i will be attaching more then enough proof, including videos of marriage as well pictures and other proof.

This is the link to all the forms you are required to fill and submit with your application.

Good Luck!

Yes, Part 1 is the forms for you, and Part 2 is the forms for your husband.

Yes.

Two sets of Forms. One for you and one for him. You are the Sponsor and he is the sponsored person (Applicant). But you sent whole application together to Mississauga office. He needs to do a Medical and also needs to get a police report.

Please go to the website and read the guide first.
