With Authorization letter anyone can represent you at VFS.

Hello Guys,

This might be little off topic, but just putting here since it might help others if need be.

Those who have received PP+CoPR and are currently in HYD, did you happen to enquire about the "Letter of Authentication" for the driving experience from RTO? I have looked all over the forums, but did not find any such case from HYD. Please let me know if anyone happens to get some info.
