Rosie, I have been reading your other posts in order to figure out your situation. Your father can find the forms to sponsor you at http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/fc.asp and he must apply before you turn 22. You can not be married or in a common law relationship to qualify as a dependent child.
If you have a boyfriend and want to bring him later, after you land as a PR, you can go back and marry him, then come back to Canada and sponsor him for PR. When you do that and must tell the story of how you met etc., do not exaggerate the relationship to make it look more real. For example, if you were to say that you had lived with him in a common law relationship before landing in Canada, you would 1) be barred from sponsoring him because they would say you should have included him on your PR application and 2) probably lose your PR because you would not have gotten PR as a dependent child if you were in a common law relationship.
