I got passport request from Ottawa but my wife is in India. Is it possible to get her PPR n COPR from New Delhi ? I have already send my passport to Ottawa with expiation letter as I am living in Canada . I

have you sent E-mail to CPC-CTD-Ottawa to requesting to change visa office for your spouse ?
i have got PPR on 16 Sept. 2015. than i sent an email to CPC-CTD-Ottawa to change visa office for my spouse to New Delhi, India on 17 Sept. 2015.
and they replied me on 18 Sept. 2015. and CPC-Ottawa has sent me an email for my spouse to submit passport at VFS office to get Visa for Canada.
