hi guys,
im surprised how you all getting ITA. i have 430 points since a year or more, and no hope. it looks like they would never drop the point below 430 to promote LMIA process for whatever reason. Could you plz advise me how to get LMIA, and if any of you know who will be able to do it for me. What are the requirements and how its possible. Or still waiting at this 430, will I get an invitation bcz my IELTS expires in Feb 2017. my qualification is MSw, social worker. plz advise if i still have any hope.

LMIA is usually done by your employer before they hire you. I don't think you can do it yourself. You could try talking to your HR about it.

The LMIA process is entirely employer driven. Your employr has to advertise the job, pay the fees, apply and so on.

So it is up to you to convince an employer to go through all the trouble to get you LMIA and even then it doesnt guarantee that your employer will be successful. Depends a lot on the field of work as well.
