I agree.
"Great minds discuss ideas, average minds discuss events, small minds discuss people" Eleanor Roosevelt

Unfortunately, your repeated use of this quote tends to put you in the category of people it purports to demean. If you are so adept at fighting favouritism, corruption, and other social ills, perhaps your country of origin could use your talents at this time.

Actually, if you look at my generation (the 80's children) our spelling/grammar is TERRIBLE. I fear for my children O_O
I'm in immigrant myself but people who were born in Canada and the US make more grammar mistakes than some immigrants like me. :D
Back to the topic, we all whine and complain. Some of those complains are just rants and some bring up very good reasons to do so. Sad thing is that the complaining stops once the files are being looked up and completed. It's a never ending circle.

I do NOT

It seems some people are interested in fairness only when it benefits them personally. There were files in Ottawa before Buffalo closed and those applicants would like a decision too. It`s only fair that the Buffalo files take their place at the end of the Ottawa queue in order received, otherwise they will be jumping the queue.

I agree that if files are honestly jumping the queue because of the Buffalo closure, it should be dealt with; but I did a quick google search and have found nothing relating to this. No one else is complaining about this or expressing concern, so I assume this is a 'conspiracy' of sorts. I could be wrong, but like I said, my brief research turned up nothing.

Besides, the CIC doesn't work on all of the applications from February and then switch to September. If they did that the people who have complicated cases or didn't submit completed application would hold op the process for months and months.

Dr. Eng X is giving us no information on his file or it's contents; and he could very well be one of those people with a complicated case that takes longer to process.

Simply because it does NOT matter and that was NOT my question!!

True.

Where do you get your information about what order Ottawa is processing the application they've received from Buffalo?

From an officer who works there.

In that case, ask THEM how to complain.
As far as I can tell, CIC do not answer to you.
If they have their own way of doing things, that is their business.

Looks like the officer isn't aware of the risks he/she is taking by divulging information about the inner workings of CIC. Hope his/her desire to "help" doesn't cost them their job.

Remember that the OP has been crying about CIC for months now. He/She was definitely not born and raised in Canada based on the endless grammar mistakes. If he/she was born and raised in Canada, then we ought to be 'complaining' to the ministry of education!!

I wouldn't pay any attention to what he/she is complaining about this time. We all complain from time to time, and I am no exception, but to go on and on ad nauseam is so bloody annoying!

I suspect that he/she is an angry person.

He/She is still within normal processing times. He/She is complaining because that is what he does on this forum. He/She complains about everything to do with this process. Not once have I seen him/her write about something positive. Imagine what it must be like for his/her wife/husband???!!!!

He is Egyptian. (from one of his first posts)
He has also been complaining for well over a year.

'He' definitely sounds more like a 'she'...not that I'm saying women complain more or anything, but he does seem to remind me more of a woman than a man.

And yes, he has been complaining for as long as he has been posting. Perhaps he should have stayed in Egypt.

He's a he, says his profile. To put it nicely, yes woman do complain, but we don't just complain, we b**ch and nag. Men whine :P

Could be a decoy. It's a long shot but women well . . . like people to know that they're women. I'm thinking the 'X' in Eng X is signatory of the XX chromosome (as opposed to XY), and putting/using both letters would no longer be subtle. (Do I hafta get a life or what? HAHAHA)
