Dear Concern
This is to inform you that Human Resources and Social Development Canada (HRSDC) has determined your
application for Corporate Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) received on 26-MAY-2023 meets the
requirements of the temporary foreign worker Programs (TFWP).
This positive opinion is based on the information and supporting documentation you provided in the context
of your Application. It is subject to your compliance with legal requirements to your employment of foreign
workers. These requirements include, but are not limited to, all workers in Canada being:
• Protected by relevant labour and employment laws.
• Entitled to work in a safe workplace where their health is protected, and
• Able to file a complaint with the federal, provincial or territorial department responsible for
employment standards, if they are not being provided with the proper wages and working
conditions.
This document is giving you the permission for hiring the foreign workers in Canada for a period of 3 (Three)
years. All the files of your candidates have been thoroughly accessed by our department before giving
approval. All the candidates have been shortlisted with a biased view irrespective of Religion, colour or
nationality.
Important:
It is necessary that you provide all the documents and relevant invitation documents while submitting the
files of the candidates in embassy for visa application to process the application relevantly and promptly.
The processing of the application will be delayed or cancelled if you do not fulfil the requirements of
Embassy.
The foreign worker requires a copy of this LMIA and ANNEX A to apply to Canadian Citizenship and
Immigration CIC for their work permit and must apply prior to the LMIA expiry date stated in the annexes,
CIC also need the foreign worker to submit the copy of the employment contact ( if applicable to the program
stream) signed by the employer and the foreign worker prior to issuing the work permit. An LMIA doesn't
authorize the foreign worker to enter to remain or work in Canada. It is only one of the CIC'S requirements
to determine whether or not to issue a work permit.
