Important:

Embassy.
The foreign worker requires a copy of this LMIA and ANNEX A to apply to Canadian Citizenship and
Immigration CIC for their work permit and must apply prior to the LMIA expiry date stated in the annexes,
CIC also need the foreign worker to submit the copy of the employment contact ( if applicable to the program
stream) signed by the employer and the foreign worker prior to issuing the work permit. An LMIA doesn't

deliveries, delays, and issues.

Emergency Response:

Customer Service:

● Position: Heavy Vehicle Driver
● Employment Type: Full-time
● Working Hours: 48 Hours per week
● Salary: $33 CAD per hour
● Start Date: 20 November 2023
● Location: 935 Marine dr, north vancouver, British Columbia
EFFECTIVE DATE
The effective date is November 20, 2023.
PROBATIONARY PERIOD
Your employment is subject to a three-month probationary period beginning on your start date of November 20,
2023. This period of time allows you and the employer to determine if the position is suitable for you. If the
company decides to discontinue employment within this probationary period, you will be entitled to reasonable
notice as outlined in the "ESA" Employment Standards Act.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS SALARY
Your Monthly salary will be $ 6,336. We will calculate and deduct statutory deductions for you at source. Your
salary is payable weekly by direct deposit to the financial institution of your choice or by cheque.

Vacation policy
You will be eligible for 25 days of paid vacation leave per year. Paid time off is additional to sick days, bank

V. Privacy and Confidentiality Agreements
Privacy Agreement
You are required to observe and uphold all of the Company’s privacy policies and procedures as implemented or
varied from time to time. Collection, storage, access to and dissemination of employee personal information will
be in accordance with privacy legislation.
Conflict of Interest policy
While you are employed at this Company, you will not engage in any other employment, consulting or other
business activity full time that would create a conflict of interest with the Company. By signing this letter of
agreement, you confirm that you have no contractual commitments or other legal obligations that would prohibit
you from performing your duties for the Company.
VI. Termination Conditions
The Company reserves the right to terminate employment of any employee for just cause at any time without
notice and without payment in lieu of notice. The Company will be entitled to terminate your employment for any
reason other than for just cause, upon providing to you such minimum notice as required by law.

Please tell me if this offer letter is genuine or fake
Fake. Heavy vehicle drives are not paid hourly but as per mile. Moreover truck,bus and trailer all can't be operated by a single company and employee. Moreover heavy vehicle does not involve bus at all.

Fake. Just saw another post naming another company with the same address. A shopping mall will not give LMIAs for a general helper.
