How Much Time It Takes From Passport to Visa Stamped via VFS

Hi folks anyone here who has submitted passport in Abu Dhabi. submitted my passport to Abu Dhabi thru VFS Qatar on the 4th Jan . Im worried now owing to that fact that Qatar is banned from UAE. Can anyone throw anylight on this or any other thread that i can follow.

Don't worry about the conflict between the 2 countries, our applications are being handled by the government of Canada regardless of our current country of residence. I reside in Abu Dhabi but our VO is in London. When the LVO requested for my passport last week, I submitted it via VFS Abu Dhabi. They know what they're doing, sit back and relax for now Good luck and hope we get good news soon!

My husband is in canada.I was dependent.He submiited his passport in Ottawa and I submitted at VFS chandigarh on 14Dec.My husband got his passport back on 10 january..Mine is still pending.

Ask your husband to send a mail at CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca to change your visa office near to your residence.They will reply within same day and ask you to send your passport to near VFS centre.For you,no need to fill annex form..U just need your passport nd two photographs clicked under specifications.

First you will receive an email from IRCC that you have a message on your online account or your status has been updated.

You log on to your myCIC account and you should see:
"A Final Decision has been made. Please see the final decision below."

The Final decision should say:
"Your application was approved. Check your messages below for details".

Right after that, you will receive another email + text that the Embassy of Canada (the one processing your visa) has dispatched your passport back to VFS. VAC (VFS) will then send you an email + text that your passport is dispatched to the courier partner (if you availed for this) and will call you within 24-48 hrs.

Don't worry, your time will come

Me too..Its more than one month..They are not replying to mail and no another way to contact delhi high commision.Keep me update when u get your passport.

No mine is PR case.My husband is in canada.He got his passport back with PR but mine is still left.
