Then she will get 3 points.

My spouse completed 12 years + 1.5 years BA (studying in Last Semester) when I submitted my full docs in Jan 11. Can I get 3 points? I have also submitted results of 3 semesters and letter from University stated that she has passed 3 semesters out of 4 (2 years program).

Now she has completed 2 years and result will be expected in 1-2 months and my ecas is RBVO. After result I will submit her results to VO.

Please tell me if I am right, currently I get 3 points and after sending 2 year results I will be eligible for getting 4 points?

Please also tell me where I can see EG7

Well, check page 15 in the EG7. you can find EG7 by following the link in my signature.

There is something in the immigration procedure called Lock-in date. It's the date that VO uses to freeze certain factors that impact applicants pass mark like age.

For your case, I would rather consider 3 points instead of 0 to your spouse as she finished a year in education at the lock-in date, which also 3 but not 4.

Anyway, you are doing the good thing by sending updates to your VO on your spouse education, and let's hope that they consider the extra points.

Cheers

Thanks for your prompt reply, I sent all updates with submission of my full documents. As far as consideration of additional documents concern, I saw a note in manual OP 6 page 23:

Note: Any documents received and added to the file prior to the date of the letter, regardless of whether
or not the 120 days have elapsed, must be considered. Visa offices cannot refuse to consider
submissions made after 120 days, if the letters in either Appendix D or E have not been sent. It is
therefore important to produce the BF reports, make the final determination of eligibility and send the
letters promptly.

In view of this, If I send any additional document like spouse education, wheather they consider it for giving me 1 extra point or not? And one more question I want to also improve my IELTs before going my status to inprocess. Is it also benificiary for me to getting extra points?

Well, these are really difficult questions. In case your 120 didn't finish yet, you might be able to submit extra documents. If you are ok with the cost and effort for IELTS, then you can take it forward, but I'm not sure whether they will accept or not.

Good luck

My 120 days have finished but they mentioned in OP6 page 23 they must consider the additional docs wheather 120 days have elapsed or not.

Well, I would rather lean towards the non-acceptance of new IELTS.

Let's see what other members have to say.

Thanks, but I think it is possible. Let see what others say, it may be helpful for many members.
