Thanks to everyone's sharing of experiences. We did our landing from Phils to Vancouver last Apr 15 and it was good. This is a very helpful forum. Hi,
In my case, I did my medicals on early jan 2013. But our VISA validity date was until Feb 1st week of 2014.
Which I am assuming even we did our medicals on early Jan'2013, it have been reached on 1st week of Feb'2013 to CPP-O and hence the same date was given as VISA validity date. Hope it helps you.

No update, entered into 7th week of waiting. What a curseful process.

just small info.

I got gcms note printed today 22nd April 2013, there is a section Finalize Application, the latest update was 2nd April when was earlier than pp arrived at cpp. so, it was not started.

Furthermore, I can see that pp arrived 11th April and updated 18th April from Incoming section, hopefully it means they opened my post and received safely.

Lastly, assignment due date is tomorrow 23rd April, just what i want to say is i wanna get pp&copr asap.

No, Just that email I posted yesterday that they'll put my file in a priority list because my study permit is expiring very soon. I hope it's a good sign.

I have sent the 5th email today. I guess I wont be sending more because I dont want them to get anoid more. But at same time Its my legal document and I have right to ask as what they are doing with my passport for so long.

Another question that I want to know an answer..
My employer's company is facing some issue from local govt. Will that effect my passport status in any case at ottawa?

"2013/04/22 10:00 TORONTO Item processed at local delivery facility "

65 days in total for the wait. Not sure how many more to go. I have sent total of 5 emails to OPP Ottawa. I guess either they are too busy or too much pissed off from my emails.
God knows what he has planned for me. I am now too much worried. Because I have been hearing really bad news recently and dont want any bad to happen in my case.
