I have only been waiting for 2 weeks, but just wondering how long it usually takes in these current times

ugh :p i was hoping I would be able to get them in this week or next. Guess it will take longer
yeap, i heard that someone got notes last friday and he applied on around 20th Aug. so, it's about one month or something.

it depends, once i got 15 days, sometimes 17 days, the most recent one does not even come yet...i order aug 30

I have applied on 20th August and still waiting.

Did you receive an extension email because it takes < 30 days on average. Also, there is a difference between when you applied vs. when it was submitted and received by IRCC.

Applied 26/8 and received today 23/9.
Proves permit was approved 22/6 and decision to issue POE letter is on hold.
That's 18 weeks since first applying, 31 weeks if you include CAQ processing time, 51 weeks since applying for course.
The "estimated processing times" are a farce, it would be better to state"all applications on hold".

What is the date on the file for GCMS notes? It almost took one month for them to return the file to you but there's a timestamp imprinted on each page of the date that notes were generated on.
