Actually little correction, applied 22/8 and notes produced 26/8 so took 4 days to process and almost a month to pass them back! By estimated processing times, I mean for the study permits. Off to look at the latest claim of estimated processing time - it's varied from 8 to 20 weeks over the last 4 months.

Applied 26/8 and received today 23/9.
Proves permit was approved 22/6 and decision to issue POE letter is on hold.
That's 18 weeks since first applying, 31 weeks if you include CAQ processing time, 51 weeks since applying for course.
The "estimated processing times" are a farce, it would be better to state"all applications on hold".
Yeah, they are not sending out final approvals for any nationality at the moment. Another stupid decision I believe to hold decisions. They can approve AND hold students from flying to Canada instead of just not approving them. But on the other hand, students are desperate to fly to Canada for numerous reasons and they know it and the only way they can hold this huge influx of potential covid carriers is to hold decisions.

Processing times are lame. It means nothing at the moment. If they have refused few applications with the past month, it'll update the timings. It doesn't reflect approvals.
