if we give an experiance certificate to the chc.. how will they find the genuinity of the certificate... ?? Is it just a phone call enquiry by the embassy to the letterhead number in spp visa..?? Or will there be a person coming to the institution I worked..?. What abt enquiry on the labour office..?? Kindly enlighten..?? I beleive only in immigration visa procedure they do an extensive enquiry but in case of student visa they dont.is it true..?? How do they do it.??
 
Its demand!!! if your experience letter is from multinational company which has proper websites, head office, branches etc then CIC assumed that your letter is not fake and CIC is verified via phone or fax AND if your experience letter is local company/firm/business etc then CIC consider your experience letter might be fake so CIC does not verify this sort of experience letter and CIC refuse the application...
 
if its a private hospital then CIC wont verify your experience!!! one more important note, have you sent your payslip, salary bank statement, Tax details???
 
I had very less salary.. iam thinking of attaching it returns as tax exempted. Will that suffice. Yes its a private hospital. Do they enquire in labour office..??

If going for SPP, then you dont need to worry. 8 months is acceptable. I posted this query some while ago and most of the people replied that for SPP programs, 1 year of gap is acceptable and if you are providing certificate then it ll be fine.
 
I have a similar situation. I am going for 2 year program and I am 2012 passout with no experience.
 
My enquiry is different.. I want to know how the chc will enquire abt the genuinity of the certificate I give..
