How do you get your rogers cell phone text messages?

How can you get your cell phone text messages from your cell phone to print off for evidence of your relationship? I called rogers and they say it is a privacy issue and cannot help me. CIC wants these messages now. Anyone have any knowledge how? I have paid to download them to my computer to print and they were at there but I could not open to print them??? help please? Thankyou

If you can see them on your computer screen, then just do a screen capture by pressing "print scrn" button on your keyboard. Then open up MS paint. Then paste into MS paint (edit - paste). Then print from MS paint (file - print)

What type of phone are you using if it is smartphone such as those with andriod you can download an apps called SMSBackup and this will send all your sms messages to your email or gmail account. I did this few times before but now i lost my android phone and can not do it anymore.

Beside i tried to get in touch with FIDO because on my sponsors bill, they only show number of international text only? Neither where it come from nor were my sponsor has sent to. So we talked to Fido and they said that they can not provide such information on the bill due to system limitations and privacy and they mentioned this kind of information can be released only to a lawyer or the police.

So I am not still sure if a Lawyer can help me to find such records from FIDO to proof our relationship

you don't need to open it on your computer you need to login your into your gmail account and then each message will appear as an email with send and receiver number and the message. you can then make a print screen of the SMS folder showing all the records and take some random email prints of your messages.

Wow! Thankyou Camelboy :-* ok I sent it to my email account but has again a big paperclip and could not open or access it? Help? ??? It said to download so I did and it says it is a data file and windows needs a program to acces the archived file. I am not very techi help?

What paper clip? I don't get it, first you go to your SMS folder created by the SMSBackup apps in your gmail account and then click, and you will see allyour messages , is your email a gmail account?

No worries it is my pleasure to help you , so now you are in your gmail account are you in your SMS folder? can you click on the sms folder and see your sms?

Don't have an Android so I can't get too detailed BUT . . . Have you installed Android contact manager on your PC yet? Once you do, you can connect your phone to your PC, you'll see all your SMS in there and you can right-click to "export" them.

ummmmmm I am in my gmail account on my phone and see the SMS archived separate not in the gmail. I think I need to download something else.... I have sms backup and restore only
