Does anyone know why there is a problem mailing out the certificates? If we know the problem may be we can suggest them a solution. Like arranging our own Fedex or UPS to do the pickup if the problem is with Canadapost and Puralator.

@GusCunha based on past applicants you can expect to receive the invite 5-10 days before cermony starts, I suggest you to wait until 6 days before the ceremony and if you don't get any call IRCC.

No Not sure about Edmonton but on average is 2 to 6 weeks. go the old tracker you will see the decision made there. call IRCC and ask them to update your email, because all communication is mostly through email

congrats that means decision is reached whether to grant you the citizenship, expect next step to be invitation to oath could be 2 weeks to a month, some even got this this in a week or days.

@omarnabsws I am August 2020 applicant, did test Dec 14th, was completed Dec 28th. So it varies from 3 days to a month. depends how busy the citizenship Test team of Ottawa is.
