How can I sponsor my Illegitimate child to Canada?

Hi, can you give me an advise on how can I sponsor my illegitimate daughter to Canada. She lives in the Philippines, when she was born my name was not written on her birth certificate in 1990, because the law back then do not permit to put the fathers name to the birth certificate of the child if the parents are not legally married. I don't know where to start.
