Hello, I hope somebody can help and enlighten me. I am sponsored by my husband. My son is illegitimate bearing his fathers name and acknowledged at Birth certificate. Im not married to My ex partner. I already have imm5604 and affidavit of full custody signed by his father. Do I need court custody? From Manila, PH. Anybody who has the same situation... Please please help.
