Ok. On one card my fiance hand wrote a poem that I wanted to keep.
;D

its better if you can send the originals to them rather than the photo copies. the CIC canada has sent all the cards & the pics what i sent to them. but again they asked me the pics of my wedding & i sent the pics. but i believe they won't keep any originals of our any document with them.

Not always. I sent our original plane tickets but didn't get them back. We just got our photos back and that was all.

I did not want to risk losing any originals, so I sent copies of everything (even cards, front and back , some with copies of the envelope and postage stamp). My rational was that I would bring the originals to the interview if one was requested.

In the end, they returned all the pictures because nothing else was original.

Yeah, after we used them haha

Total number of pages and documents were 15. Number of pics was 22. Very lean. Tried to keep it specific to support only the info they wanted. Its very easy to get carried away. I included a list of additional documents like chat logs and texts; birthday cards and gift receipts etc. If they wanted additional evidence on top of what they already had.

I had to share this, it made me laugh right out loud. My husband saw the topic as I was about to click on it and was like "WHAT are you talking about on this forum?!?!?!" Him: :o Me: :P

Just under 5kg iirc.

Hahahahahaha!!! I can just imagine! When my fiance was here with me, I could see he was a little jealous of me talking to people here. If he had seen me on a topic like this, it would be the same! :o

Well, a few days ago I decided to count how many pictures we sent. =373 pictures!! well, including 112 screenshots of a video of us renovating the cottage. I totally forgot to take actual pictures when we were up there... But I printed the pictures in A4 white paper. 77 pages. Average of 4.8 pictures per page. Plus 42 pages of screenshots of Facebook conversations, with 6 screenshots in each page. Plus a few pages of Skype history calls.
It wasn't that big, but it was good. But then, we applied as Common-laws, so it needs more proof than the usual. =]
