My wife just received this passport request. Here is the section for passport requirements. Given that she holds a HK SAR passport it appears that she is only required to submit a photocopy of her passport.
BTW anyone knows how long it should take for her to receive her landing papers. I am planning a trip to HK at the end of May. I assume she should have her landing papers by then so we can return to Canada together?
