When did you send out your application?

Early Jan this year and we got the confirmation of receiving the application from HKVO at mid of Feb. Even we got email requesting my wife's passport, we still se "application received" on the CIC website....

So they are working on applications received in January now. I summited my application in March. It looks like it's gonna be a few months before they start March files.
Does anyone know when "medical results have been received" shown on e-case, does it mean you have passed the medical test?

Apparently one Feb applicant went into IP yesterday, hopefully March applicants will be pretty soon!

March 07 DM1 and March 18 AOR2. He said he applied in Feb, you probably read it too on the Chinese forum, saw you posting there just now.

Minnekei, may I ask how to post on the Chinese forum, I can only view after I login. Also after looking thru 3 to 4 post, it won't allow me to view anymore and have to re login again. I cannot write post on it too. Can u guide me how to do? Thanks.

that never happened to me...actually my status was kept logged in for that website both on my phone and laptop...did you save the password and click "remember me" when you logged in? or maybe try another browser

May I know if hkvo turns the ecas in process n how long will we get the dm after that?

We are the Jan applicants. Even my wife had been requested to send out her passport this monday to the HKVO for the final approval and VISA issuance, the ECAS still shows "Application Received" (it's been 6 mo already):

"1. We received your application for permanent residence on January 3, 2014.

2. Medical results have been received."

Thanks for telling,btw, I just back .from the Chinese forum,can't log in anymore,Seems people in that forum keep sending email to cic hkvo,can anyone tell me whats the email abt and email address?since i have sent 3mails to hkvo aince apr but i got no replies at all.

I'm now in urgent since I'm leaving in Oct, I wanna stay and wait for my price.since I'm holding a hk passport, I dun think they will issue me a visa since my passport is visa exempted

if you send email to CIC, remember to put your full name, date of birth and UCI or file number, also attached the letter received from CIC before, otherwise they won't answer you

Although we hold a HK passport, I think we still need to send in our passport, just they won't stamp a visa in it and return with COPR. That's what I read from others in this thread.

Those applicants in the Chinese forum are mainly Dec/Jan applicants and have gone beyond 7 months waiting time, as we only got AOR2 in Apr/May, I don't think CIC will reply until u gone beyond the 7 months.

As CIC just started with Feb applicants this week and a few march ones have got additional doc request too, I think it will not be long for us March applicants, just hang on to it. I guess you can get your visa before you leave in Oct. Let's pray and hope good news be with us soon.
