I think it is right, better to contact them to verify it.
May I ask you how to prepare the height and eye color document, I do not receive any forms to fill out, just write on paper? do I need signature?
Thanks anyone for reply

For the height and eye color, we just print the information on a separate piece of paper along with my wife's name, UCI# and Application# on it, without signature. I suspect the height and eye color have to match what you fill out on your IMM0008 form.

Has anyone has experience with submitting additional document to HKVO? As my husband and I both live outside of Canada, they requested proof we intend to live there once he's approved. Got all the documents, sent them in Sept 27th, and they've been 'under review' since October 24th.

Has anyone else here had to do this and could share how long it took the documents to be accepted/determined the PA is eligible? Thanks!

Hi,

We received the Bulletin 1 on October 24th, 2018 and finally we got the update of requesting an interview on April 8th, 2019.

Here in the email, it ask us to prepare:

Documents required for interview:
 Original passport and one secondary piece of Photo ID
 Any evidence not already on file that you wish to provide in support of your relationship.

So, I guess it will be final..........anyone can give us some advise?
