Finally I got my PPR after 145 days

By the way, spth38, is the 145 days counted from the time you sent out the application to Mississauga?

I don't know if it was sent to Mississauga but Yes, 145 days from the day I submitted the application. Good luck to you too.

I am also a FSW-O applicant and have been silent all the time, trying to be patient and let IRCC do their work.

Here is my timeline:
AOR on 15 June 2017
Med Pass on 10 July 2017
IP1 on 11 July 2017
1st ADR received on 11 July 2017
1st ADR submitted on 18 July 2017
2nd ADR received on 18 July 2017
2nd ADR submitted on 25 July 2017
HKCNCC sent out by HK Police on 27 July 2017

Since then no update. Background check status is "Your application is in process..." and additional document status is "being reviewed".

Your case encourages me that it will be paid off after long wait.
Hopefully I will see some progress on my application and will receive PPR soon!

Hey.. we are on the same boat i guess.. i was told that HK CNCC has been dispatched on 26 July.

Waiting for PPR now.. hope we get it soon..

Have you checked whether IRCC has received your CNCC? And what is your background check status?

im on IP2.. yes i checked they just said they dont need any additional information at this stage.. they werent exactly specific with regards to CNCC

Hi,
My LoE is not editable anymore as I have used it in the first instance itself. However, I have received a letter asking for HK police certificate without any address on the letter. This is for EE FSW. Is there any email id where I can request IRCC for reissue of the letter?

Just email them using the email you registered your mycic account with and include your application number, DOB, full name and UCI if you have.

Thanks. But, the system generated response says that they will respond within 20 working days. If so, then the deadline will be over. Any other option?

Hi Guys, I lived i HK for whole of 2015, and thus needed CNCC. I recieved reply from Miss Esther Hong (not sure if she is the one who replied to your emails also) that my CNCC has been posted to below address on August 15. But today I get a letter from CIC that they have not received my CNCC and I have to submit again. I called up HK Police and asked for Miss Esther Hong, but she is on long leave and the person attending the call said, she is the only officer who can reply to my email regarding this situation. This time CIC has given me just a month to send my CNCC.

The problem is Miss Hong had given me a tracking number of HK Post, but that is useless and I cannot track it after it left HK.

Anyone aware of situation like this.

They will give you a receipt printed by the computer when you pay it there but it won't have your name. You can upload that to your CIC account. CIC will just wait for the letter. You can call HKPCC division three to four weeks after submission to check whether it has been mailed yet and ask if they can give you the letter registration number. Then a few weeks after that, you can call CIC to check if they have received it yet.

That's all you can do.

Dear, I have seen a lot of people saying call CIC to get an update. Which number to call from outside of Canada? I don't see any contact number mentioned in CIC website.
