We've organised most of our PCC's that we require however I'm worried about when I need to organise my home countries one?

South African PCC's can take up to 12 weeks and we are probably leaving here for work in Europe in March 2018 before moving over to Canada after that. If I apply for my local one now it'll probably be issued in February 2018. Would the CIC have a problem that I stayed in the country after issuance for a month or 2?

I'm not going to be in any European country for more than 6 months so I won't need from there but I will be visiting the UK for 2-3 months, would that invalidate my UK PCC's I already have?

I have travelled to the UK on business for a few days since it was issued, did that invalidate it?

So confused right now

If you need a police certificate from a country or territory and:
  • are currently living there, or received the police certificate before leaving, the police certificate must be issued within six months before you apply.
  • have lived there in the past, the police certificate must be issued after you last lived in that country or territory.

To sum up, for your home country, if you get PCC in Feb, it will be considered valid till Aug.

You existing UK PCC is no longer valid since you traveled there again after it was issued. You need to get a new one if you are submitting an application now.
If you are visiting UK in March 2018, assuming you haven't applied for PR by then, you should wait till that trip is completed, then apply for a new one.

Hello, I needed to apply a PCC from singapore (where I am staying currently) but Singapore needs a request letter from IRCC. CIC says I must upload a document that states: “I am applying from a country that requires an official request letter from IRCC to get a police certificate.”

But being the careless person i am, i forgot to upload this document. However, I have uploaded the PCC from my home country. Please advise.
